You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

A brief description of the issue or reason for return
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
Returns must be requested within 90 days of the delivery date.
We may request that you return the unused portion or empty bottle(s) to process your refund (details will be provided in our reply).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and processed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final sale or promotional items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you that we’ve received it and confirm your refund status.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we’ll gladly send you a replacement.

6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
