Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping option.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping confirmation.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@tryshroomsips.com, and we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Then, reach out to us at info@tryshroomsips.com with your order number and details — we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
We are not responsible for lost packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
